Mt Adrian

Heli accessed ski touring day at Mt Adrian with Island Alpine Guides and 49 North Heli. High cloud in AM transitioned to flurries by afternoon. Good ski conditions found on North aspects from 1800m down to 1450m. Variable wind effected surfaces with hard slab near ridge top, otherwise faceted protected powder. Breakable 5cm temperature crust on surface below 1450m.
