Southside 2nd gully

Quick report

Skied 2 laps on south side 2nd gully on Friday 2/24/2023. Lots of folks venturing out in that terrain Friday. We saw obvious wind loading from the last storm cycle. Observed very isolated cracking in a couple spots along the skin track where wind had deposited large mounds of snow. The cracking observed was at most a couple feet in length. On the second lap air temperature had noticeably increased and no cracking was noted. Roller balls from rapid warning were seen at lower elevations primarily on south west facing slopes.
