Snowpack

Each group dug a pit and found a snowpack with poor structure. Large facets made up the bottom of the snowpack and it was overlain with a 4F to 1F hard slab of wind-packed snow. One group got significant results in a pit above the sledding hill (ECTP11 50cm down on a layer of facets).
