Quick report

Collapsing
widespread

Toured out to the snowbird hut on 4/19 in hopes of getting some spring powder turns. The conditions were excellent above 3,500ft. We did hear a lot of whumphing so we stuck to low angle terrain but did not observe any new slab avalanches. Lots of roller balls and wet loose throughout today as the sun came out. Below 3,000ft felt very slushy with challenging ski conditions

Avalanche

Multiple wet loose avalanches on all aspects and elevations from the last few days and today Crowns and debris from slab avalanches on N and E facing aspects at high elevation, date unknown
