Otto triggered a collapse (5" sinkhole) on the descent. We triggered dozens of similar collapses during the day.
Snowpack
Most unstable snow I have seen all year. Collapsing on e,s,and w below 8500'. The light freeze last night suckered us into looking for corn snow and we did find some above 8500' before noon. The descent was one big collapsing, unconsolidated mess. Skis sinking to the ground.
