Quick report
No surprises today as we headed up Elk, mostly for an excuse to get outside. Pleasantly surprised by about 2-4 inches of new snow that provided decently fun skiing on the western aspect. Thin snow down low and total wind scour up high and on ridge lines kept the wax on my skis fighting for its life. No signs of instability.
