Glacier Park- Going to the Sun Road

Widespread Loose Wet activity, up to size 2, from this past weekend. A very large (D3.5) glide avalanche released in the Heavens Peak Remnant Glacier path at some point in the past 2 weeks. The debris appeared fresh enough. This is peculiar since this released so early this season, and other typical glide avalanche paths have not released. Remnants of Persistent Slab from weeks prior in the Heaven's area, possible trigger explanation for glide release Glide cracks are just beginning to show on other aspects like the southwest facing cracks on Mt. Gould (Haystack Creek).
