Snow pit dug in protected area below ridge line. HS 76cm. The Bottom 20-30cm (variable) made up of 0.5mm facets that had some signs of dampening and healing, but still fist hard and sugary. Similar setup noted on NE slope at 7200'.

Snowpack

Snow surface was made of stellars from the recent snowfall and seemed to be staying cold even with the sun out. Not many signs of wind loading noted and snowpack was overall soft.
