- <p>Mostly low danger along the Monitors and McDonald Draw. Snow pits on N facing slopes in McDonald during a level 1 showed weaker snow than I have seen in a lot of other places, with the late January facets the weakest. What slab there was above these facets has now weakened as well. No energy. Still, an example of the type of place (N facing, ~ 9000 - 9500') that may see activity if next weeks storm brings enough snow. </p>
