Quick report
The heat is on! Took the standard uptrack to Wedding Bowl and skied one run in the bowl and exited via Cropley Chute. Found a thin (1cm) sun crust on east and south facing slopes that thawed quickly. Snow quality in Wedding Bowl was overall excellent, with little wind affect, even at the top of Ben Stewart. By the time we exited at 1pm, Cropley Chute had heated up quickly: many roller balls and a few small loose wet point releases.

Small (D0.5) cornice fall avalanche observed on the Wedding Bowl cornice rim. The crown looked to be about 1-2 ft down at its deepest point. For the small size, I was surprised by how far the debris went.
