Quick report
- Red Flags Comment
-
No wind loading noted at 10k' ridgelines, and no slab formation on northerlies yet. Deep, right-side-up stable powder. I could not get the DL to move <38*. Noted some small point releases near trees/rocks on >38* SE in upper Days fork, small and isolated. Good bonding and stability were noted. No wind slab formation where traveled at ridgelines up to 10,300' There is a lot of AST, if the winds pick up slightly, wind slab will form.

-
Appeared to need >38* slopes for DL problem, not really a storm slab where traveled today.

Very cold light density snow, right side up and deep. On home run at 14:30 emma's had taken some heat via greenhouse, all southerlies got heavy there. Noted RR crust in some places on descent of Emma's.
