Quick report
Observed cracking around our feet in the new medium density storm snow. New snow was upside down in our location and noticeably thicker in the top few inches. Did encounter a very thin rime crust above roughly 5800ft, did not impact riding. No major signs of instability, but we did note that the roughly 6 inches of fresh snow that fell overnight was upside down, and did experience isolated cracking around out feet.
