Quick report
Snowpack was rain saturated below 2700' and was unsupportable on foot. Above 2700' a crust began to form at the surface although moist snow still existed down 25 cms. Stability was good above 2700' and poor below with wet loose human triggered avalanches likely in steep terrain. The typical signs of instability were not present, although the entire snowpack was moist to wet below 2700' and unsupportable. Wet loose avalanches would be likely on terrain steeper than 35°.

Light rain turned to snow at 2500' and intensified in the afternoon with moderate snowfall occurring to the road by 2 pm.
Snowpack
At 2000' found a snowpack that was 90 cms deep (3 feet). The entire snowpack was moist to wet and consisted of rounds, large melt form clusters and a couple layers of old facets that showed significant progress towards rounding. No results on stability tests, Poor strength, Fair structure and no propagation. At 3200', found a snowpack with a 145 cm height of snowpack (~ 5 feet). The surface was frozen and supportable with a boot pen of 10cms. Moist snow existed in the top 25 cms with drier snow beneath. Stability tests produced ECTN19 down 55cms repeated twice. Snowpack showed good strength, fair stability (depth hoar was more developed in this location than down lower although rounding was still present) and no propagation.
