River flats had variety of snow surfaces, but mostly soft and enjoyable. Mostly calm winds down low, still some flagging at ridge tops. In the sun, was warm and pleasant. Shade and breeze had a chill bite. Peaks around showed no recent avalanches. Did get a small wind slab 1-2” thick to pop on small test slope. Wind effect was not wide spread, mainly at exposed ridges and peaks at major valley confluences and others specific to wind channeling. Last storm definitely increased the overall coverage, but still seems below average in some areas.
