Quick report
Above 9000' still had a mix of windboard, and some soft snow in lee areas. The best snow was still in sheltered trees below 9000', down to around 7500'.
Below, cutting ridges 8800' down to 7800', N, NW, 35 to 45 degree areas did not produce any noteworthy cracking, a few surface sluffs.
Some voids around rocks have grown fairly large. Below, avoiding some voids. Saw that there was an extensive rollerball cycle, I suppose a couple days ago, around 7500' and lower, N, NW, and photo is W, under the new snow of the past couple days.
Now that its cooled off the stability was pretty solid; although the turning conditions declined in quality below 7500' depending on wind and sun exposure; still some good pockets. Exited at 6400' so I didn't check conditions lower.
