Entire area has a thin snowpack with vegetation showing through in many areas. Sign of extensive previous wind transport. Ridgetops blown free of snow. Did not observe any signs of instability.

Had overcast skies for entire tour. Wind NW@2-3
Snowpack
Area has thin snow cover. Snow surface consisted mostly of breakable wind slab with local pockets of loose snow. Made for challenging skiing conditions. Vegetation still showing in many areas (pic). Ridgtops blown clear of snow. Did pit on NW aspect and 300ft NE of Avalanche Gully (attached). Snowpack depth = 80cm. Got ECTP25 with 40cm slab over retrograding facet layer.
