Quick report
Trip from Anchorage to Soldotna. No recent avalanche activity observed. New snow. Snow level has lowered since 5 days ago. The reason for this report is that I was impressed by the growth of cornices since I drove 5 days ago. Attached are attempts to capture cornices at Moose and Roaring west aspects. It looked like strong easterlies at the crests and the mid slope at Rearing that did the work. Afternoon road level temperatures ranged from 22F to 27F. Photos taken from 60.73N 149.46W
