Quick report

Skinned up to 2300’. Had to boot up the first 800’-900’. Very thin snow and the creeks were running down low. Above treeline the snow was wet but didn’t feel like it had been rained on. Wind picked up in the afternoon and we saw snow blowing around on the ridgelines. Probed around 2000’ on S aspect and within 30 feet of each other we probed 110cm-250cm. At 2300’ on a W aspect we probed 300-350cm. At 2300’ there was 12”-18” of snow on top of a tough crust.
