Quick report

Cracking
isolated

We went to Kavanaugh Ridge to see what today's storm was bringing to the area. Main takeaway was a lot of wind blowing around small amounts of new snow. Visibility was limited at times when we were above the protection of trees. Isolated cracking was observed in wind deposits over old firm snow, but scouring was more common. At lower elevations there was a trace of new snow or none at all. Isolated cracking where wind deposits could be found.
