Guiding in the Mount Washington slackcountry with an Island Alpine Guides group. There was 20+cm of new snow from the previous night. The storm was accompanied by moderate SW winds, which formed slab at ridgetop. We saw signs of recent avalanche activity to size 1.0 in the storm snow down 5-10cm, but nothing stepping down to the facet/crust interface, which was observed the previous day down 50cm, and was producing hard resistant planar results. Ski quality in treeline and below was excellent.
