Quick Observation
Alpine areas were windblown to the point of being bare rock in many places. Snow quality in the trees was mostly good.
Weather
Cold and sunny. Biting wind precluded any extended time in open areas.
Snowpack
Mix of wind and solar crust at treeline. Soft snow on crust in trees with isolated areas of solar crust.
