Ice Climbing: Whiteman Falls

Climbed Whiteman falls as more of a ice climber reunion than a serious objective. 7 parties in Opal creek today (socially distanced, of course). We donned our avi gear as per usual, but not much snow was sitting above us. Slopes scoured on approach. No new snow throughout the day. Interesting log approach to bridge the open water. Don't slip! Whiteman was steep, funky & sustained hero ice.
