Mongolia Powder

Great day out in the Mongolia Bowl area. We skinned up from the Nordic area (not particularly recommended but doable). There was a notable difference between the Mongolia side (SE aspect) and the resort side (NW) likely due to wind transport. The SE aspect had slightly more plentiful and lighter snow. Dry loose sloughing occurred on all aspects when in steeper terrain. Other than small sloughs, we observed no other signs of instability.
