Quick Observation
Skiing FTC in Sunshines slack country, skiing was great defiantly some variable conditions through out although 10-15 cm of fist on top of a supportive crust made for great turns. 2 skier triggered wind slabs, 1st was 10-15 cm deep, 20 wide and ran about 20-30m, 2nd was in Fatigue bowl and was 5-10cm deep and propagated 30 wide and only ran for about 5-10m . Both avalanches were skier triggered on convex rolls. On the second lap in FTC are previous entry into the line had 10-15 cm of new cornice growth which we ski cut and got some more results but nothing to call home about. Fatigue bowl a north facing aspect had 20-35 cm of fist on top of a supportive crust which made for some lovely turns to end the day.
Avalanche Information
Skied over the choke at the bottom of ftc couloir a shallow convex role and triggered the avalanche , slid on the surface hoar layer that is present from Jan 8. North aspect of fatigue skier triggered size one on a convex roll as well sliding on the surface hoar layer.
