Emerald Lake slide path

Started/finished early. Good riding to be found in the alpine, and most of the trees. Litttle crusty at the bottom (and tracked out). Discovered avy debris which seemed to be pretty old. Made for a stable and solid up track. (see picture) Rode an adjacent gully to the one pictured. Several large cornices were overhanging on pretty much everything (except under the slide path, possible trigger?) so we didn't hang around up there. Lots of layers present, traverse we did was a little sketchy but everything was solid. Bring on the snow! Happy riding everyone!
