Bijoux area AST2

80km of travel on our AST2 sled course- saw lots of Alpine Terrain - Cornice fall contributed to numerous size 1.5 avalanches. By afternoon, with strong winds, the soft slab was becoming increasingly more dense and propagations were getting larger. Despite being able to get small pocket slabs to release we observed no large avalanches.
