Icy ice cave

Cold, foggy -25 start became bluebird day and warmer heading higher up. On creek,hollow ice, surface hoar, alpine was scoured with last weeks wind warning. Icy, but with cold temps enough friction to skin up. Lots of exposed rocks and wholes with flowing creek underneath. Fun day but much less snow than last year. Fact riding for me on skis but a struggle for snowboard!
