  • Chablis Bowl: 8,600' north aspect 40° slope 2.5' deep x 125' wide x 300' vertical triggered by UDOT staff. Wind-driftred snow avalanche
  • West Monitor: 9,800' northeast aspect 35° slope 2' deep x 100' wide x 350' vertical. Snowboarder triggered and took a ride. Wind-drifted snow avalanche
  • South Monitor: 9,800' northeast aspect 35° slope 2'-6' deep x 200' wide x 500' vertical. Cornice triggered failed on facets near the ground. Had been skied several times earlier that day and slide took out most of the tracks
  • Banana Days: 10,000' east aspect 38° slope 200' wide x 1000' vertical
  • Cardiac Ridge: 10,000' east aspect 14"-18" deep x 100' wide x 50' vertical (may be a repeater)
  • Day's Draw: 10,000' east aspect 35° slope 1.5'-3' deep x 1200' vertical
  • Mary Ellen: 10,500' east aspect 35° slope 3'-4' deep x 300' wide x 1000' vertical (maybe longer)
  • Mary Ellen: southeast aspect 35° slope 3'-'4 deep x 300' wide (explosive)
  • Red Stack/Silver Creek southeast aspect 35° 3'-4' deep x 300' wide (explosive)
  • Provo Mountains: 10,000'-11,000' east aspects 35° 3'-4' deep x 500' wide x 3,000' vertical (failed during storm)
  • Chablis Bowl: 9,200' northeast aspect 35° 2'-3' deep x 250' wide x 500' vertical ( crown face took out entire snowpack, third time this season (repeater))
  • White Baldy: 10,100' northeast aspect 40° 100' wide x 300' vertical failed on faceted snow
  • White Pine: 10,000 northeast aspect 40° 100' wide x 300' vertical failed on faceted snow
