Lightening Strike - South aspect

2.5 cm fresh snow with crusts in upper 10 cm, sitting on 8 cm slightly consolidated snow above weak layer at 57 cm depth. Base 24cm of well consolidated snow over 33 cm of facets. Stability test - surface with crusts compressed, subtle settling at 57 cm weak layer at CT15 - no failure.
