Another windy day

Started out with a cold northerly wind near the summit. As snow loading accumulated and wind deposited snow fluctuated rapidly from ankle to knee deep we decided to turn around after an hour or so of travel. Not long after visibility worsened, wind slab formation and reactivity was evident on mellow to small features. Rain crust from earlier this month was also seen near surface on a range of slopes and micro features where scouring occurred. Wind picked up and storm came into full effect not long after reaching safety of car. Maybe better drinking beer.
