We skinned up Fraser chutes, looking for wind, not finding it until we got close to ridgetop at 1500m. We found soft reactive slabs in isolated areas near ridgetop in the same places where we felt light North winds. It was clear and cold (-18C in the alpine). Finding skiing this good from top to bottom on Fraser Chutes is rare, but today was one of those rare days with 30cm+ new snow overnight and little wind.
