Relatively calm day up on the ridge today.
Ski conditions are hardpack widespread.
The descent into big Simpsons has a 5-15cm hard windslab sitting on 10cm of soft broken stellars/facets. No cracking or movement observed.
Hourglass is well filled in, but the Kathlyn ridge is salt and pepper with lots of exposed loose rock.
Diamond face has a 0.5cm melt freeze crust on the more south facing aspect but the East stuff skied fine and actually was fairly good near the bottom.
Ridge temps were in the negatives all day. Around -1 to -5*.
