Mount Engadine Burn

About 25 cm of new snow around Engadine Burn today. Tricky trail breaking on the upper steep slopes which had a solar crust layer underneath the new snow which was not bonding very well, although no significant sluff observed. Total height of snow probed ~120 cm just before the steeps. The crust below the new snow made for some fun fast riding even on mellow terrain. Very calm winds observed throughout the morning.
