Lizard Range Exploring

Went on an exploratory mission up a sub peak in the lizard range. Mostly a logging road plod with a few good turns thrown in. Even in the denser trees we found evidence of strong winds and wind slab. A quick hand shear test confirmed this but it was also fairly resistant. There seemed to be a bit of a crust (we were on a south aspect) but good snow could also be found.
