Ogden Shoulder

Size 2 avalanche observed at approximately 11:30am from loaded start zone furthest lookers right on the Ogden wall. Start zone was cleaned out and slide scoured all remaining snow on the cliffs below and ran to the traditional skin track up to Ogden Shoulder. Party of 6 in our group observed the slide from the tree island slightly above the runout zone. Multiple signs of natural avalanche activity to size 3 in recent storm cycle. Sz 2.5 to 3 observed from White Elephant running full path. Unsure of whether this slide propagated into next path to lookers left but this path also ran all the way to the lake, taking a few mature trees with it. Several size 1 to 1.5 avalanches observed on Ogden Shoulder above treeline. After witnessing the slide, our party made the choice to turn around and head back to a safer area on the lake to discuss and make further observations.
