- <p>The top 8" to 10" very prone to sluffing on slopes steeper than 30 deg. One skier-caused sluff was 25' wide and traveled 200 feet down. High marking snow machines were also causing sluffs.</p>
Loose unconsolidated snow. Shallow snow pack becoming more faceted.
