UAC Staff went up to look at this avalanche after after looking at this slide in the Patsy Trees. This avalanche on the east side of Twin Lakes Pass was reported as remotely triggered from the ridge. I measured the crown face along the ridgeline at 1800' in width. It was approximately 2'-3' deep and ran on old faceted snow near the ground. The slab was made up of new and wind drifted snow. It was hard to tell how far this avalanche ran over the bench because of low visibility. Red circle below on Wasatch Backcountry Skiing Map is approximate area of avalanche.
