Quick report

9 inches of low density snow fell in the last 24 hours at the 10500 foot elevation. Skied the 1.5 Gulley on Southside ending up in the burn run out. Ski penetration was over a foot and skiing was phenomenal with no signs of instability. Some terrain over 38 degrees was observed sluffing with aggressive turns but no energy beyond that. Southside looked like an extension of the ski area today with everyone having good safe fun. The lower elevations were just starting to set up at Mid day. Reports of avalanche activity in the IB stay tuned.
