Observation: Twin Lakes area

Heat wise thin clouds were starting to green house e facing snow 11ish, but clouds thickened and with the wind it stayed fairly cool, I left @1230

Seemed cooler than yesterday.

Snow not as good as yesterday, more wind and heat crust. but still good north high where protected. Seemed to have settled.

Low angle north has 1/2" crust,

Wind crust is 1/2" where unsheltered 4 finger, not too stiff.

I wanted to check out a weak layer I was interested in yesterday around a crust layer

N facing 10000' 45 cm down I got propigation. ectp25 resistant planar.

Second pit similar location wouldn't propigate etpN23.

Not many lemons and crust difficult to detect, pack getting more homogeneous. which was a imprvement in what I saw yesterday at same aspect n elevation in days.

Sluffs have settled down, not much sluffing today.

I put low danger for area I traveled, but wouldn't be surprised if higher ridges had windslabs or s facing had wet.
