Traveled up Rock Creek basin to observe how the PWL buried by the 11/16 storm are reacting. Below TL there was no DH present and the snow was unreactive. Near or at tree line the story was different! 10cm of 3-4mm DH with 40 cm RGwp on top. Ectpv as the snow failed on isolation. The snow was touchy. With these results we opted out of observing Cinnamon from the ridge.
