Quick report
Toured from Essex up to 7300’. 4” to 12” of new snow above AR crust. Consistent settled powder on all aspects and elevations. Blown down to the crust in some locations at upper elevation ridge lines but didn’t observe any real slab formations. Seemed like small partially buried surface hoar from 6000 up. Skied north and east aspects 35+ degrees. No cracking, settling or sloughing observed.
