Pyramid area

Skied this area December 4 and 7. Significant growth of surface hoar between the 3 days. Now up to 12 mm. Valley bottom to alpine. The significance of this is that on solar aspects it is sitting on 15-20 cms of facets which is sitting on top of a rain/ sun crust. Look out when this gets loaded up by new snow. The skiing was good though and Wx awesome.
