Dug a fairly hasty pit to start getting a handle on the snowpack this season. Things warmed up a fair bit this afternoon
and it was a bit tough to tell how much snow came overnight vs how much came in on Thursday. Overall there was a bit
more snow up there than I was expecting to see. 23" where I dug, which seemed fairly consistent with what I saw elsewhere
at similar elevations. The entire snowpack seemed to be fairly warm and moist, including the at the base of snowpack from
the earlier storms.
