Quick report

Scouted out the NE-facing slide on East Osceola, accessed from Greeley Pond Trail. Snow in the area was generally stable, with a fresh layer of unconsolidated snow on top of a firmer, more settled layer. In the slide itself, there was roughly 30-60cm of snow depending on where you were. Parts of the slide were undermined with still-running water that had not frozen yet, and this presented some instability when weighted. Climbed about 250' up the slide before it stopped making sense to do so. Not enough depth for a full pit, but hand shear tests were generally stable with well-consolidated snow.
