Quick report

Lots of walking to access skiable snow. At 10,600’ on a WNW slope, height of snow was 75cm. 1cm down was a thin melt-freeze crust. Height of new snow was 15cm. Base of the snowpack was rounding and slightly saturated from recent warm temps. At 9,200’, West, height of snow 35-40cm. Down to 5cm or less below 9,000’. Rain around 8k with a dusting in some open areas below.
