Quick report

Went for a tour up the Ramp to assess the conditions in the couloirs. Wind picked up toward the pass and upper ridge. Bypassed the first couloir and booted up to the summit to look for other skiable options. Snow on the summit face was wind affected but no other red flags were observed. Booted in to the SE couloir off the summit, which looked viable but potentially wind loaded to assess conditions. Skier put skis on and made a ski cut when wind slab released.

Booted in to the top of line and felt a solid wind slab layer that supported my weight with skis on. Made a few turns and the snow got softer and looked wind loaded. Made one ski cut above an open roll over and the wind slab released at my feet and then ran to the bottom of the line. Crown was 4-5” deep.
