Quick report

Cracking
specific

At 9am, snow/rain line was at 700-900 ft. Falling snow was very wet and heavy at 1000', about 5" of new accumulation at 1000'. At 1600' 14" accumulation. 2200' 16" new snow accumulation, much lighter, skied well. High wind gusts at times at treeline, with significantly denser snow at treeline due to wind. Cracking present, especially on rollovers near top of treeline and pillows. On several rollers and pillows, we triggered small avalanches up to 10' wide full depth of storm snow. We did 3 CT's at 2000' on west face; 11 Q3, 22 Q3, 15 Q3 all at new/old interface.
