Observation: Mill B South

I snowshoed about a mile up Mill B to check out conditions for a possible trek to Lake Blanche later this week. A couple of skin tracks were evident and covered by a couple inches of new snow. Two snowshoers had made it approximately 1/2 mile before apparently turning around.

There was 4-5+ feet of snow with over a foot of new. The snowshoeing was excellent. I observed no evidence of cracking or collapsing. Temps were in the teens with almost no wind.
