Heavy Snowfall, Wind Loading, Cracking

As we were booting up memorial 5 about a 1/3rd of the way up we were on the left side of the chute and looked up and a cloud of snow was coming at us. Seems we may have triggered it while booting, Came down and hit us with a cloud of snow and then we saw a large sluff/small avalanche coming down in the center of the chute, we didn't loose our footing or anything and were totally fine, seemed like a natural shed and snow didn't bond well and we could see a crown on the left of the chute going up like 80%, seeing how it missed us and we were fine and the chute was clean we continued to boot up and about 100 feet from the summit we found where it broke from and continued in the new fresh snow, then a large crack happened maybe 60 feet long and a few inches deep cracked and popped onto us, lost a pole from the snow coming onto us, we still once again held our ground and were fine, decided that was enough and skied down on the bed surface with one pole safely leap frogging, On skiers right we could still get snow to fracture and slide a bit.
