It was snowing lightly starting around 11am and continued until we left, about 4pm
Snowpack
We dug a pit at 8.2k on a north aspect. Snow pack was 50cm deep and we found two distinct layers. The top 35 cm seemed to be a consolidating slab moving down from f to 1f which was sitting on 15cm of sugary facets, potentially depth hoar on the ground.
